Adult Individual Therapy

Our Approach

Our approach is grounded in psychodynamic and attachment theory and is holistic and collaborative. We integrate multiple modalities in addition to psychodynamic and attachment work including interpersonal neurobiology, relational work, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), internal family systems (IFS), and self-psychology. Our goal in individual therapy is to help you cultivate greater self-awareness, empowering you to make more intentional choices in your life. We do this by exploring how early life experiences, relational patterns, and past events shape your current perspectives, emotions, and behaviors. We also help you understand how emotions influence your nervous system, so you can recognize and process them with self-compassion rather than judgment. Through this deeper awareness, you can make decisions that align with your values and bring you closer to the life you want.
